Not to research, not to brainstorm, not to write or edit.
All my books are 100% written by me.
I loathe AI. My books were scraped from a pirate site by a big AI company (Anthropic) and used to train their generative AI model. I live in New Zealand and trusted to international copyright law, so wasn’t covered by the legal class action against them and therefore received no compensation. I have no doubt that other AI companies have also scraped my books from pirate sites and I just don’t know about it.
AI is ruining creative people’s lives and incomes. AI slop has flooded the internet and spoiled many things about it. AI has no place in the arts.
