You know that Talking Heads song? The one that goes ‘You may find yourself in a beautiful house, with a beautiful wife; You may ask yourself, well, how did I get here?’
I often ask myself that question. Not because I have a particularly beautiful house, or a beautiful wife, but because I have other things I never seriously dreamed of having. I have a husband. I have a dog! My own dog. I have two cats and two children. Yep, two of each! I can drive a car and often have one at my disposal. I have a house and a garden and a mortgage. I have a job. A proper grown-up job in an office.
These things may not seem that remarkable to you, but I sometimes look at my life in wonder, almost shock, thinking how easily I could have had none of them.
Now, I also have a new audiobook out. Yep, it’s here! The audiobook of Seducing the Sorcerer is out from Tantor Audio, narrated by the award-winning Joel Leslie.
That fact still feels a bit unbelievable. I was pretty surprised the first time Tantor Audio offered me a contract for the audio rights to Salt Magic, Skin Magic. That they should want to do it all again with Seducing the Sorcerer is the kind of thing that makes me dance around the living room and then need to have a little sit down.
Anyway, if you like audiobooks, I hope you’ll like this one! Seducing the Sorcerer is a high fantasy m/m romance, with a guaranteed happy ending.
Thirteen hour run time. Perfect for long commutes or a ‘hide from the world’ weekend.
It contains:
- Middle-aged main characters
- A scheming court sorcerer (probably evil)
- A gruff, out-of-work groom (possibly with a heart of gold)
- A magical sackcloth horse
- Spies, lies, saving the realm
- True love and spanking.
